Summer Preschool Language Program

The summer 2024 program is now full

Each summer, we run a language intervention program for children ages 3 to 5 years. The program runs two mornings a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, from June 17 – August 12, 2024 and includes play-based individual and group intervention. We also offer parent support and resource groups.

Designed by Sargent faculty and delivered by graduate students in the speech-language pathology program, the summer program helps improve children’s communication skills through individual and group therapy sessions that are based around stories, games, and play. The program also provides a unique growth opportunity for Sargent graduate students interested in working with preschoolers as very seldom do students have the opportunity for such intensive experience in their clinical placements.
