Heather Nicholson

Heather Nicholson is the associate director of academic services. She is the course instructor for the SAR HP150 Sargent First-Year Experience Seminar, a course for all first-year Sargent students that integrates them into the Sargent community and informs their future academic decisions. Heather also serves as the academic advisor to undergraduate students and is the designated advising liaison to the Physical Therapy program.  Heather directs all incoming first-year student recruitment events and meets with prospective students. She advises Sargent College students transferring majors within the college, those interested in studying abroad, and declaring a minor.  She certifies all Sargent College student-athletes in meeting NCAA academic standards. Heather is the supervisor to the student leadership organizations: Dean’s Hosts and Student Government. She serves as Title IX Coordinator and is a member of Sargent College Academic Policies & Procedures Committee and Sargent Curriculum Committee.
