From facilitating on- and off-campus opportunities to managing the Federal Work-Study Program, the Student Employment Office helps students earn an income while gaining practical skills. Our team assists thousands of student employees every year while working closely with on-campus supervisors, payroll coordinators, and off-campus employers.

STUDENT PAYROLL

The Student Employment Office works in collaboration with the University Payroll Office to ensure student employees are paid in an accurate and timely fashion. We maintain personnel and payroll history for student employees and work closely with the International Students and Scholars Office and Financial Assistance to ensure that all federal and state regulations are met. We also provide employment verification, past and present, for students employed at the University.

We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. We also are a VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
