Mindfulness Videos for Stress Relief

Stress can show up in the way we think and feel – like in muscle tension or racing thoughts. The videos below will guide you through practices to help manage some of these symptoms of stress.

As you try these practices, check-in with your experience. No single practice is a one-size-fits-all. If something doesn’t resonate with you, feel free to move on to another practice!

A note on Headspace: a subscription to Headspace comes with a library of courses and practices on mindfulness meditation, and is FREE for BU students through Student Wellbeing. Visit their site to enroll.
