Deborah Lipkin
Nurse Practitioner, Assistant Director of Primary Care
Originally from Philadelphia, I’ve lived in New England for most of my adult life. For much of the last 30 years, I’ve worked in women’s health, both as a nurse and as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I have specialized in taking care of women with vulvar and vaginal disorders. I love teaching and supporting patients and I am thrilled to be a provider at BU Student Health Services.
Personal Hobbies
My free time is spent with friends and family including my adult children. We enjoy camping and hiking on Mount Desert Island and Acadia National Park every summer. At home, I am outside as much as possible. I love to read novels, grow flowers and knit.

I’ve spent most of my career in women’s and reproductive health care. I have specialized in taking care of women with vulvar and vaginal disorders. At BU, I am one of our LARC providers, that is, I insert both IUDs and Nexplanons.
