We’re currently able to offer up to $500 per student.
How is funding dispensed?
There are a couple of options for payment from the Survivor Fund:
We can reimburse students for expenses related to their trauma through either a check or direct deposit. Reimbursements typically take around 3-4 weeks to process. Checks can be picked up from our office or mailed directly to the student’s address.
Alternatively, we may be able to cover the cost upfront using our card. Students can coordinate this with their SARP clinician and call the office to obtain the card information at the time of the purchase. This option allows the cost to be covered directly, so the student does not need to pay upfront.
