Sophie’s research interests include the demography of health and aging, health disparities over the life course, cognitive aging, the impact of educational experience on health and aging, race/ethnicity and intersectionality, and public policy. I would like to study questions such as how inequalities create health disparities over the life course and how public policy impacts health and aging.
