    Your piece is powerful and, like the virus, has already crossed national, disciplinary and cultural boundaries. Obviously (!), the difference is that it is having a positive impact.

    Your words and thoughts are being taken into consideration as I work with colleagues in an academic environment responding to and planning towards the changing processes of learning, teaching and assessment that are emerging.

    Co-equal recognition of and support for staff as well as students, living within rapidly and radically reconfigured lives, is yet to be developed. But, given your evidence-based reflections, it is clearly essential.
