SRD Seminar: Causal Inference with Complex Exposures in Climate and Health Research.

Guest Speaker, Xiao Wu, is a Data Science Postdoctoral Fellow at Stanford University. His research interests lie in developing statistical and causal inference methods to address methodological needs in climate and health research. The key goal of his research is to provide scientific evidence on the health impacts of environmental factors in an age of rapidly changing climate. He was listed to the Forbes 30 Under a 30-healthcare section in 2022 in recognition of his research and activism on the improved air pollution policy.
