Mike McClean will share strategies related to topics such as managing teams, drafting and managing budgets, allowable vs. unallowable costs, and subawards (versus vendors). If there is time we will also revisit some of the topics covered in the first session, such as allocating effort, engaging co-investigators, and engaging staff and students of different levels.
