You must accurately complete all required fields (marked with an asterisk) in order to submit your student organization space request. All space requests must be submitted at least 2 WEEKS prior to event for approval.

    If food is being provided, you must submit a food request form at least 5 business days prior to the event. Food is not permitted in Bakst Auditorium or in 2nd and 4th floor labs.
