Media Submission Guide

In order to assure proper presentation of media, all forms of media must be submitted no later than two business days prior to an event. It is important that we have significant time to test and cue all media, and that adjustments can be made prior to an event.  For questions regarding media submissions, please email us or call 617-358-3373.
