Practice and scholarly focus
Mr. Eager is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in New Hampshire where he manages a psychotherapy practice, provides clinical supervision, conducts trainings on clinical practice, and serves as a consultant with a variety of agencies throughout the state. Since 1994, Mr. Eager has served on the faculty of Boston University School of Social Work where he currently teaches courses on Marriage & Family Therapy, Oppression & Racism, Psychological Trauma, Resilience, andEthics. He teaches courses in all three BU programs: On-Campus, Off-Campus, and On-line. He is a Past-President of the NH Chapter of the Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. He is also an active member of the NH Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers where he has served on the Board of Directors and been an active member of the Clinical Committee. Mr. Eager has also served as a Complaints Investigator and Advisory Board Member to the NH Board of Mental Health Practice.
