Objectives & Tactics

Reflect the demographics of communities we serve throughout the organization

  • Actively hire faculty (part-time, full-time, and salaried lecturers), facilitators, advisors, and staff representing diverse communities
  • Increase partnerships with organizations with BIPOC leadership and/or strong anti-racist programs and policies

Enhance responsiveness to stakeholders

  • Develop a systematic method for identifying and responding to stakeholders (students, staff, and faculty) needs
  • Assess governance and committee structure and identify roles for students around shared information and involvement
