- Internal to BUSSW
- Consult with BU’s Digital Learning & Innovation team on grant opportunities to develop learning labs and updated videos for classes and seminars
- External to BUSSW
- Locate new partners and innovative opportunities to enhance research and learning opportunities in emerging areas
Enhance the use of technology in all phases of work, education, practice, and research
- Grow capacity to use telehealth, artificial intelligence (AI), and simulation initiatives to improve teaching and learning
- Invest in the strategic use of admissions customer relationship management (CRM) and University student information systems
- Update technology infrastructure in the current building or move to a new state-of-the-art building
- Plan BUSSW lightning talks for faculty and staff to present projects, grants, and initiatives that utilize technology for teaching and practice.

Be forward-thinking; cultivate innovative practice methodologies and new knowledge to build human connection
- Analyze BUSSW’s organizational chart to identify areas to enhance the integration of platforms, eliminate redundancy, break down silos, and build human connection
- Utilize online platforms to develop community in the School
