Increase sustainable funding to grow research projects and initiatives
- Secure institutional research training grants
- Develop a formal mentoring program to support doctoral candidates and junior faculty in grant applications
Prioritize alignment of budget allocation commensurate with program needs across platforms
- Provide information so faculty and senior administrators can understand and comment on BUSSW budget allocations
- Provide adequate resources commensurate with programs’ needs to increase the submission of research proposals
Secure funding to enhance student financial aid, school infrastructure, new building, & programs
- Increase needs-based aid/scholarships/field education stipends and secure external grants to support students
- Secure funding for new climate-resilient sustainable building that meets Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) criteria
- Continue to increase philanthropic engagement of faculty, staff, students, and alumni and seek endowed professorships
Grow organizational capacity to keep pace with increased enrollment
- Increase programmatic innovations to facilitate future growth of the student body
- Hire faculty and staff commensurate with expanding enrollments in Online and Off-Campus programs
- Strengthen alumni engagement
