4/4: Prof. Jacobson López Joins Panel on Best Practices for Diversity & Inclusion in Social Work
Prof. Daniel Jacobson López will speak at the panel, “Deconstructing Inclusion: Beyond a Seat at the Table,” hosted by the Brown School for Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis. Expanding diversity and inclusion in social work empowers voices that are often unheard. Prof. Jacobson López has done extensive work on how intersecting identities influence how people interact with various systems and institutions and will also share his experiences from his time as the chair of diversity at the University of Pittsburgh. He will join four other experts to discuss how to best implement these changes in the social work field.
