Online Program Advisor (New York, New Jersey & Delaware)

Elizabeth Alvarado, LCSW-R, ACHP-SW is a visionary social work leader, clinician, supervisor, mentor and educator across health care delivery systems, transitional care planning and aging services. In 1997, she obtained a MSW from Fordham University. She has dedicated most of her professional work across health care settings. Currently, she is the Director of Care Coordination for a lead Health Home program in NYC. Elizabeth has been a Regional Faculty Advisor for the BUSSW OLP since 2012. She enjoys teaching at Fordham University Graduate School for Social Service and the Silberman School for Social Work at Hunter College. She lives in northern NJ with her three children.
