A View From Inside — Documentary History
An excellent way to undertake a people’s history is to give readers a wealth of primary source material. In this way, the people who were part of STH’s history can speak for themselves. These two sets of documents will give the reader a greater sense of what was actually going on at B.U. roughly one hundred years ago. Not to be missed in this section is the 1912 yearbook, which includes a great wealth of wit and humor. In particular, the poetic musings of the editor make for a delightful and often curious read.
