Ashley is currently the Minister for Liturgical Arts and Community at The Crossing, a community affiliated with the Episcopal Church.

Ashley is the former Manager of Programs at Episcopal Divinity School. In that role, she directed the Lifelong Learning department, managed grants, and developed partnerships to sustain and nourish the mission of EDS. She loves working with diverse groups of Christian leaders to discern together how our rituals and resources can be used for the healing of the world. Ashley is deeply interested engaging the transformations in Christian institutions and responding creatively, joyfully, and faithfully.

Ashley is also a dedicated leader of the Boston climate justice movement. She has worked as a community organizer and is interested in building a movement that is nourishing for all communities and resilient enough to withstand the storms to come. She believes in the power of the Spirit to build courage and imagination to work boldly for justice. Ashley loves working with young adults in the climate justice movement as they navigate life’s big questions together.
