Min Hyoung Lee

Ph. D. Candidate at Boston University School of Theology

  • Title Ph. D. Candidate at Boston University School of Theology
  • Education M. Div., S.T.M., Boston University School of Theology

Min Hyoung Lee is a lineage of pure BUSTH blood. He completed his B.A. at Yonsei University in 2004. After coming to the U.S., he consecutively earned a Master of Divinity in 2008 and a Master of Sacred Theology in 2010 from Boston University School of Theology. Now, he is a Ph.D. Candidate in Practical Theology at Boston University. His academic interests concern the relationship between church and (popular) culture, in particular, how Christian evangelism and popular culture influence each other. Hopefully, his dissertation will develop the practical theological reflection upon the reproduction of popular culture in the practice of Christian evangelism. He is an ordained pastor in the Korean Presbyterian Church. He is now living in Natick with his wonderful wife, Hae Jin Cho, the postmodern dog (titled by Dr. Bryan Stone), Bori, and his daughter, Elizabeth the absolute beauty.
