Completing this form is the first step to becoming a registered partner site with the Boston University School of Theology's Contextual Education Office. The organization's proposed on-site supervisor should be in place before completing this form, as both sites and their supervisors are approved together. Your completed form will be sent to the Contextual Education Office email (sthope@bu.edu), and an office staff member will be in touch as soon as the Directors have had a chance to review your application. You will be asked to meet by Zoom with our office to further discuss the possibility of your becoming a partner site, and so we can answer any questions you have about our Contextual Education program.
