The Wesley Foundation – A Boston/Cambridge Ministry of Higher Education (WF), located within the Harvard-Epworth United Methodist Church is looking for a spirit-centered, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to lead and develop its campus ministry at MIT and other universities. This chaplaincy has been in existence for many decades and we look to continue this ministry with a person who is called to campus and young adult ministry. The candidate should have an ability to develop and implement a plan of ministry, which would include managing a budget, fundraising, recruiting student leaders, leading worship and small groups, and more. The chaplain focus is with undergraduate and graduate students., within an interfaith context. The chaplain would work with the WF Board of Directors and the pastor of Harvard-Epworth UMC to develop strategy and implement a plan for ministry.
