Pamela Jolly

Dr. Pamela Jolly boasts a diverse career spanning banking, strategic consulting, private equity/venture capital, and data analytics. As the CEO of Torch Enterprises Inc. for two decades, she has dedicated herself to developing data-driven strategies for generational wealth in the African American community. Torch Enterprises has made an impact in 111 cities, assisting over 1,250 entrepreneurs, non-profits, trade organizations, the Federal Government, philanthropic Foundations, and financial institutions.

Utilizing her background in financial services, business strategy, community economic development, and theology, Dr. Jolly has played a pivotal role in rebuilding post-Hurricane Katrina Greater New Orleans. A sought-after speaker, she has delivered 250+ keynote speeches globally. Dr. Jolly is the author of five books on Legacy Wealth and serves as a subject matter expert on Black Wealth.

With degrees from Hampton University, the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, Boston University, and The Graduate Theological Foundation, Dr. Jolly holds certificates from Oxford University, the Boston Theological Institute, and Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business and Management. She serves in leadership roles for various organizations, including the American College of Financial Services, Good Work Network Board, University of Pennsylvania Board of Alumnae, Financial Alliance for Racial Equity, and Bennett College. In 2022, Dr. Jolly joined the Boston University School of Theology Deans Advisory Board and the Bennett College Board of Trustees, set to become the Board Chair of Bennett College in June 2024.
