2 weeks vacation within an 11 week period (arranged in consultation with the Parish Minister)
$1800 stipend
1-2 days a week on site (one day will be Sunday)
The Summer Intern Minister will work under the supervision and mentorship of the Parish Minister, preach four Sundays, assist at other Sunday services (for a total of 9), and study the ministerial arts with an emphasis on liturgy.
This position is intended to be educational, fun, and collaborative. The Summer Intern Minister will work with the church staff during several weeks while the Parish Minister is on vacation.
The Unitarian Universalist Church of Greater Lynn is a small but active congregation on Boston’s North Shore. It is located in the suburbs next to the cities of Lynn and Salem. A car is required.
