Reference Assistance

There are a number of ways to get assistance from a librarian. During daytime hours, just ask one of the attendants at the Circulation Desk. If Amy Limpitlaw, the Theology Librarian, is available, the attendant will contact her to either come out to assist you or you will direct you to her office.

Otherwise, use the library’s Ask a Librarian service to ask a question at any time, day or night.

You can also schedule a Zoom appointment with Amy Limpitlaw, or with any of the other Boston University librarians, by going to Research Appointments & Services.  Scroll down to select the subject area Theology to schedule an appointment with the Theology Librarian; otherwise simply select Next Available to set up an appointment with any of the available librarians.

Finally, you can email Amy Limpitlaw, the Theology Librarian, directly at ael23@bu.edu.
