Take a Break at The Wellbeing Experience

Press pause on your busy routine for a few moments and join us at “The Wellbeing Experience” on Wednesday, December 6, 3-6 pm, in Metcalf Ballroom (GSU 2nd floor) and Wednesday, January 24, 5-7 pm, in the Hiebert Lounge (Med Campus).

This event, intentionally scheduled a few days prior to the start of reading period and final exams, as well as at the start of a busy semester, invites all students to momentarily step away from their academic commitments to enjoy some activities that promote community, relaxation, gratitude, creativity and play. By visiting unique stations, students will experience wellbeing activities that can be incorporated into their lives in ways big and small during their college years and beyond!

Each experience has been created to support various dimensions of your wellbeing. Try the Hangout Hammocks. Practice Gratitude on the Spot. Relax in the Zen Zone. Or get nostalgic at The Play Station.

Food and refreshments will be served. This event is always a student favorite – so grab your friends and we’ll see you there!

Thank you to our Wellbeing Experience sponsors, Undergraduate and Graduate Affairs.
