Description of Impact
Due to intermittent power outages on Charles River Campus, some IS&T services were briefly unavailable.
Incident Description and Resolution
Nstar has restored power to all buildings except for 2 Cummington Mall and 640 Commonwealth Avenue. They estimate power will be restored by 9pm. Non-IS&T services, engc.bu.edu and signet.bu.edu, may remain unavailable until that time.

IS&T is still confirming with Nstar when power will be fully restored.
Services that have been identified as unavailable are the Engineering college servers engc.bu.edu and signet.bu.edu.

Nstar is working to correct the power issues and expects full service restoration to be complete by 7:00pm. IS&T staff have transferred the essential systems to another power source.
Custodial Managers and staff will be in the buildings without power with flashlights to assist staff and monitor conditions.
