Services Impacted: Email – BU Google Apps, ServiceNow, Shibboleth
Description of Impact
Applications, such as BU Google Mail or ServiceNow, that utilize Shibboleth as part of WebLogin authentication were intermittently unavailable if a client was not already authenticated.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

Description of Impact
Applications, such as BU Google Mail or ServiceNow, that utilize Shibboleth as part of WebLogin authentication may be intermittently unavailable if a client is not already authenticated.
Current Status
IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating. It appears that service is only degraded. If you receive this error, we recommend reloading the site in your browser since this issue is intermittent.
