Description of Impact
Access to nowmsg.bu.edu, the Boston University Voicemail subscriber portal page, was unavailable. Voicemail remained operational, including email and SMS notifications of new messages. Only the subscriber portal page was affected.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
Maintenance to a front-end web server required the NowMsg service to be restarted.

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.
