Resolved: BUworks – ISP completion issue

Current Status
An email detailing the workaround for this issue was sent to affected clients. Please contact the IT Help Center if you did not receive the instructions, or if you require further assistance.

Current Status
All charges have not been posted yet. A fix for this issue has been identified. The deadline for completing processing of these billings has been extended through the close of business (5 pm) on Thursday, July 5. Internal Service Request (ISR) charges will be available for viewing by departments in the Business Warehouse (BW) on Friday, July 6th.

Description of Impact
There is a known BUworks issue in the system to complete billing as an ISP. Clients will receive “Funds Management” error message.
Current Status
Once the issue is corrected, providers will be informed of the new deadline.

IS&T teams are working with vendors to resolve the issue.
