Description of Impact

Due to power issues, wired and wireless networks were unavailable at a number of locations on campus, including Hotel Commonwealth and 660 Corp. Clients were also unable to access authenticated services such as MyPrint, Horde, and others.

Incident Description and Resolution

Power and all other services have been restored.

Description of Impact

Current Status

Power and Wired and Wireless Network services have been restored, but clients may still be unable to access authenticated services such asa MyPrint, Horde, and others. IS&T teams continue to investigate.

Due to power issues, wired and wireless networks are unavailable at a number of locations on campus, including Hotel Commonwealth and 660 Corp. DNS servers at the affected location are also offline, causing issues connecting to services such as Horde, MyPrint, ServiceNow, or others.

Current Status

IS&T teams await power restoration to the affected locations before services may resume.

Description of Impact

Due to power issues, wired and wireless networks are unavailable at a number of locations on campus, including Hotel Commonwealth and 660 Corp. MyPrint and Horde webmail are also currently unavailable.

Current Status

Once power is restored, IS&T teams will resolve the Network issues. IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the Horde and MyPrint incidents, but are investigating.
