Description of Impact
Blackboard 8 service was degraded. Course sites loaded slowly.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident with assistance from the vendor.

Additional server resources were brought online.

Description of Impact
Blackboard 8 service is degraded. Course sites are loading slowly.
Current Status
IS&T teams have worked with the vendor and have identified a way to resolve the issue. This repair will be implemented after 3am on 12/15, with expected service restoration before 5am on 12/15.
