Description of Impact

Access to retirement benefit enrollments in BU Works ESS tab was unavailable.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

Additional Information

New security certificates were generated and both retirement benefit vendors worked with IS&T teams to restore service.

Current Status

The issue with one of the vendors involved has been resolved. IS&T teams continue to work with the second vendor to complete resolution of the access issues.
