Description of Impact
Some clients were unable to access Exchange email, either via Outlook Web App (xmail) or software such as Outlook.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
The cause of this incident was determined to be a stalled system process after scheduled maintenance.

This has only been identified to be an issue for a subset of clients. Not everyone is affected by this issue.
