The BUworks (SAP) system will not be available starting at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, November 27, through 6:00 pm on Sunday, December 1.  During this time, we will be bringing our implementation of SAP up to the current support level, as well as providing the necessary payroll and accounts payable tax software updates for producing W-2’s and 1099’s in January.

Installation of these updates into the SAP Production system will take about two days, with an additional two days to check out the system and ensure that everything is working as expected.  These four days will align with the Thanksgiving break, and we expect the system to be available again after 6:00 pm on Sunday, December 1.
