Description of Impact
Due to an issue with information contained in the BU Directory, a large number of students may have experienced issues with some services including access to MyPrint, WordPress sites, and Qualtrics Research Suite.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident. Information in the BU Directory is currently being updated. This process should be completed this afternoon, estimated by 2pm.
Additional Information
The cause of this incident was determined to be incorrect information used to updated the BU Directory.

Description of Impact
Due to an issue with information contained in the BU Directory, a large number of students may experience the following issues with some services:
- incorrect or missing MyPrint sheet allocations
- inability to access WordPress websites that are restricted by enrollment status, the Microsoft software download page, Qualtrics Research Suite, and potentially other web applications
- incorrect or missing information in the BU Directory
Current Status
IS&T teams have identified the cause of the issue and will implement steps to resolve the issue overnight. Updated information should propagate to the BU Directory on Wednesday, August 27th.
