Description of Impact

Service was degraded on various BU Web sites. Clients were also receiving a Service Unavailable message when attempting to access the MyPrint service at www.bu.edu/myprint.

Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

Additional Information

The cause of this incident was determined to be high server load. IS&T teams redirected service to a different server and are continuing to investigate the underlying cause. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.
