Description of Impact

Wireless issues were reported at various locations on both the Charles River and Medical Campuses. Clients could see the 802.1x network listed, but were unable to authenticate. Full service has been restored.

Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

Additional Information

The issue is related to a check script process that is running on the radius servers. Network Systems is investigating and will monitor the process.
