Description of Impact

Clients are unable to sync emails using Apple Mail on their Mac computers.

Current Status

IS&T is actively working on this with the vendor to investigate the issue for resolution.

Additional Information

As a workaround, clients can access email with the Outlook for Mac client or Outlook on the web (www.bu.edu/office365).
