Description of Impact
Clients were unable to sync emails using Apple Mail on their Mac computers.

Clients are unable to sync emails using Apple Mail on their Mac computers.
Current Status
IS&T is actively working on this with the vendor to investigate the issue for resolution.
Additional Information
As a workaround, clients can access email with the Outlook for Mac client or Outlook on the web (
www.bu.edu/office365).
