Some clients were experiencing issues logging into Qualtrics or accessing the Qualtrics Admin interface.

Description of Impact
Some clients are experiencing issues logging into Qualtrics or accessing the Qualtrics Admin interface. When accessing Qualtrics, some clients may receive a “State information lost” error message. When accessing the Qualtrics Admin interface, some clients may receive a “Session Timed Out” error message. The current workaround is to refresh the browser page.
Current Status
IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.
