Description of Impact

Some clients are experiencing issues logging into Qualtrics or accessing the Qualtrics Admin interface. When accessing Qualtrics, some clients may receive a “State information lost” error message. When accessing the Qualtrics Admin interface, some clients may receive a “Session Timed Out” error message. The current workaround is to refresh the browser page.

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating. Next Update: Upon resolution
