Resolved: BUworks shopping cart approval issues

Description of Impact

There was an issue with the shopping carts approval work-list accessed within BUworks (SAP).

IS&T teams have resolved the incident. Please see paragraph below for additional information.

Additional Information

IS&T has resolved the issue. New shopping carts (created after 1pm 11/19/2018) will have no further issues with the approval process.

For shopping carts created prior to 1pm on 11/19/2018, these are the options for processing:

  • If the shopping cart does not require further modification, it can be approved via: https://www.bu.edu/mybuworks
  • If the shopping cart needs to be modified:
    1. Reject the shopping cart OR
    2. Contact the IT Help Center at IT Help Center or 617-353-HELP (4357) so that the issue can be resolved by our BUworks team.

Until the issue is resolved, clients can use their shopping carts work-lists via the web portal at www.bu.edu/mybuworks . Next Update: This post will be updated when the issue has been resolved.
