Resolved: Access issues with The Links

Description of Impact
The Service Desk was receiving some reports of access issues with The Links (Faculty/Staff, Student and Business). A 500 internal server error was appearing for some clients. Others testing had no access issues. Full service has been restored.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
The cause of this incident is under investigation. Clients may need to clear their web browser cache prior to accessing The Links again.
