Description of Impact

Approving shopping carts in BUworks (SAP) was temporarily unavailable. Full service has been restored.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

Additional Information

The cause of this incident was determined to be a configuration file that was dropped from production during maintenance.

Current Status

IS&T BUworks and Information Security teams have are actively working to restore access.

Additional Information

It is still possible to add items to a shopping cart. The issue is with approvals only.
