Some clients were receiving intermittent errors logging on to Blackboard.

IS&T teams working with Blackboard have resolved the incident.

Blackboard is returning an error for some clients trying to authenticate.

Current Status

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are continuing to investigate.

Additional Information

Multiple attempts to access learn.bu.edu and/or using another browser or an incognito/private browsing window can result in getting to the BU authentication page. Next Update: 10:00am
