Some people are seeing an error message when attempting to sign into Blackboard Learn.
Current Status
IS&T teams have identified the issue and are working with the vendor on a resolution.
Additional Information
Some clients have been able to sign in by trying an incognito window or clearing their web browser cache (https://www.bu.edu/tech/support/browsers/clear-cache/) and trying to log in again.
