Description of Impact
The Echo360 Platform was experiencing a service disruption. During the outage the following Echo360 components were unavailable: Access, Playback, Engagement, Administration, and Reporting.
Incident Description and Resolution
The vendor has resolved the issue impacting its US customers; IS&T has tested and validated that our Echo360 environment is now performing as expected.
