The vendor has resolved the incident. The main issue affecting users logging into the service has been resolved. Users may experience slowness while using the service as the system recovers.

The cause of this incident is under investigation by the vendor.

The vendor has implemented a fix for the power failure in one of their data centers and are currently monitoring the service as it recovers. IS&T will continue to monitor this situation and provide updates here until the issue has been resolved./p>
