Shibboleth was initially unavailable, but access has been restored. This affected any services behind Shibboleth authentication – Bb Learn, ServiceNow, Healthway Portal (staff), Patient Connect portal for students (green badges needed by students to access residential housing starting today), etc.Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.
