Description of Impact

The Enterprise Health application that the collection sites use to check in employees was down. It was also unavailable for employees to check into to do their symptom attestations. Full service has been restored.

Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T teams worked with the vendor to resolve the incident. People who filled out a daily health survey while this incident was active may receive duplicate emails from the system. This is part of the restoration process by the vendor and all but one of the emails can be deleted. One should be retained for your records as well as entry to certain parts of the university like collection sites.

The cause of this incident is under investigation.

Description of Impact

Enterprise Health is operating extremely slowly.

Current Status

Services appear to have been restored. The vendor is verifying a full resolution for us now and this post will be updated as soon as the confirmation is received.

Additional Information

Anyone who submitted a daily health survey during this incident may receive a number of duplicate emails back from the system. These duplicates area part of the service restoration by the vendor. You can delete all but one of the emails as one email should be retained for your records as well as entry to certain parts of the university like collection sites. Next Update: 12:30pm
